Ozan Kaya

Ozan Kaya is Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Sales Officer at ShopRunner.  In this capacity, he is responsible for all finance functions, data analytics, enterprise sales, legal and M&A.  ShopRunner is a membership program that provides unlimited free 2-day shipping and free returns to its 6 million members and connects 140+ of the top retailers (including: Saks, Neiman Marcus, Staples, American Eagle) to the best online shoppers. 

Ozan serves as a CFO Advisor for Brilliant.org, a website and associated community that features problems and courses in mathematics, physics, quantitative finance, and computer science.  He also participates on the Chicago CFO Peer Group Council whose members includes Chicago-based CFOs with a focus on technology and technology services.  He also serves on the Integrated Systems Engineering Advisory Board for The Ohio State University.

Prior to ShopRunner, he was a CFO for Kapow, online marketplace for booking corporate events.  Prior to Kapow, Ozan spent nine years working in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Wachovia Securities focused on Structured Products.

Ozan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University with a minor in Business.
