Marras to receive HFES President's Distinguished Service Award

The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) congratulates ISE Professor William Marras as a 2022 recipient of the Arnold M. Small and Betty M. Sanders President's Distinguished Service Award.

The Arnold M. Small President’s Distinguished Service Award, established in 1985, and renamed The Arnold M. Small and Betty M. Sanders President’s Distinguished Service Award in 2021, honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of the human factors profession and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society over the length of their full career. The awardees are determined by the president of HFES, in consultation with the immediate past president and the president-elect.

Join HFES in celebrating Bill on his meritorious achievements and for his recognition as the recipient of the 2022 Arnold M. Small and Betty M. Sanders President's Distinguished Service Award at the HFES Awards Reception and Ceremony, which will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Atlanta, GA as part of the 66th Annual Meeting of HFES. HFES will recognize all of our 2022 Awardees and new Fellows during this awards event.
