Getting IT Help

All IT help requests should go through Engineering Technology Services (ETS):

• In-person: ETS support staff are located in Smith Lab 1012 and 244 Hitchcock Hall Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

All other help requests such as email issues or software download are handled by the OCIO IT Service Desk, available online at https://ocio.osu.edu/help or by phone at 614-688-4357.
