Theodore (Ted) Allen has been an associate professor of Industrial Engineering at OSU since 2004. He is a fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and member of INFORMS and AMSTAT. He has over 50 publications including two textbooks published by Springer Verlag: lean six sigma, 2nd edition (http://www.springer.com/978-1-84882-999-2) and discrete event simulation and agent-based modeling. Dr. Allen has numerous involvements with journals including reviewing and serving on editorial boards and has won multiple teaching awards.
