Carolyn Sommerich has been an associate professor of Industrial Engineering at OSU since 2002. Before coming back to OSU, she was a member of the faculty of the Industrial Engineering Departments at Texas Tech University and North Carolina State University. She is a Registered member of the Ergonomics Society, and a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), AIHA, IIE, ASSE, and ASB. Dr. Sommerich is also the faculty advisor to the student chapter of HFES at OSU.
